  • No, your session fees paid to me are only for the Aurea Rituals programming and 1-on-1 in-person sessions. However, if you’re unsure about Peach, but want to try personal training, your first day at Peach is FREE! After that, you will have to pay the day-pass or membership fees as well. Contact Peach (352-999-0457) if you would like to get signed up.

  • Personalized nutrition guidance, meal planning, and our Nutrition E-book are all available services you can add to your programming upon request if spots are still available.

  • This will depend on your personalized programming. Each workout session is designed to be around 60- to 90-minutes. Your booked sessions include an hour long of in-person training with me.

  • Absolutely not!! Although strength training is my specialty, I also specialize in yoga, breathwork, meditation, HIT, nutrition, holistic lifestyle guidance, and recovery programs. Our goal is to help you reach your goals, so we will curate a program catered to your goals. Please just let me know what feels right for your body and fitness journey!

  • After your initial consultation, I will create a custom fitness program for you based on your goals. Our typical workout programs are based on 3-, 4-, or 5-day training splits and in general include a mobility warm-up, weight training, followed by 10 minutes of cooling down/yoga and checking-in. My training style is hands-on to ensure proper movement and muscle mobility and I will offer tips and guidance on your form and guide your workout.

    For drop-in clients, l offer full body strength training & conditioning coaching starting with a warm-up and quick consultation.
